Allied Bank Limited (ABL) is hiring Management Trainees – Information Technology (MTIT) for its current recruitment drive. The position is suitable for fresh graduates with a four-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Digital Banking, or related technology and engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology and digital banking functions at Allied Bank.
• Work with IT-related systems, technology projects, and digital solutions.
• Contribute to the Bank’s technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Four-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Security, Digital Banking, or related discipline.
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university/institute or accredited foreign university.
• Experience is not essentially required.
• Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as of September 30, 2026.
